Over the medium and long term, it seeks to create the conditions for the sustainability of this project by consolidating the supply of training and research in the Upper Rhine area.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The Interfaith Institute consists of two bodies: a scientific council and a monitoring committee.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The Scientific Council<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The scientific council ensures coordination between the various universities and partner institutions. It is the guarantor of scientific quality of training offered and of the research carried out. It meets once a year in Strasbourg: representatives of religious communities, political personalities of local authorities, administration, major cities of the territory concerned, as well as representatives of the deans of partner universities involved in INTER- RELIGIO.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Local authorities (R\u00e9gion Grand Est, Land Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg, Canton Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft);<\/li>\n<li>Public administrations (France \/ Germany \/ Switzerland);<\/li>\n<li>Large cities in the Upper Rhine territory;<\/li>\n<li>Interreligious association (France \/ Germany \/ Switzerland);<\/li>\n<li>Partner universities of INTER-RELIGIO project;<\/li>\n<li>Religion (Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, Muslim);<\/li>\n<li>Cross-border cooperation organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Interfaith Institute ensures the scientific quality and the social relevance of the INTER-RELIGIO project.
