Dr. des. Hendrik Stoppel studied Protestant Theology in Oberursel and T\u00fcbingen from 1998 through 2005 and earned a church as well as a university degree (1. Kirchliche Dienstpr\u00fcfung and Diplom-Theologe). After working for a christian ais NGO from 2006 until 2010 he returned to the University of T\u00fcbingen to work in a DFG project on the narrative framework of Deuteronomy and earn a doctorate in Theology with a thesis in Old Testament studies in 2016 under the advice of Prof. Blum. Since that year he is research fellow in Systematic Theology and Philosophy of Religion at the University of Heidelberg with Prof. Stoellger, working on his post-doctoral thesis on Myths and Normative Orders.<\/p>\n
